The Virus is on the loose is our county. We are being cautious in our decision making and want you to know that we are concerned for your health and safety.
As of now, we are open for all services and our Sunday School Christmas Program will take place on Sunday, December 13 at 6:00 p.m.
Our Christmas Cantata will be using spacing guidelines and will only be performed at our church this year. It will; however, be live streamed to be a blessing to our home viewers.
We will not be having finger food fellowships following these services this year.
We will be making Christmas treat bags for the Sunday School children if you would like to donate candy for this event.
This is indeed a strange year for all of us but we are adapting and continuing to celebrate the Saviour throughout this special season.
If you are cautious about attending because of crowds, join us on Wednesday evenings. There is plenty of room to social distance with fewer attendees and the children/youth are in the lower levels of the church. Feel free to wear a mask and we have hand sanitizing stations in the foyer of the church.
Of course; our immune compromised and health concerned church family can join us online via Facebook and YouTube live streaming. Keep commenting…we love to hear from you!
Have a Blessed Thanksgiving Day!
We are open for all services and our Sunday School, nursery, and junior church ministries are running as well. We will continue to self transport and not run a bus ministry at this time. Feel free to wear masks or continue to watch via Livestream on YouTube or Facebook if you are immune compromised or elderly.
Sanitizing stations have been established throughout all buildings.
King’s Kids will begin on Wednesday, October 14 at 7:00 p.m. and self transport is necessary.
Joash Tithing Boxes and Givelify (our online giving app) are being used instead of passing the offering plate.
Here are a few ministries that have been displaced since Corona. Keep them in your prayers: Missionaries in foreign countries and those trying to go to foreign countries, Prison Ministry, Jail Ministry.
We continue in prayer for your health and well being and are working to make the Fundamental Baptist Church Facilities clean and safe for you and your families. Have a Blessed Week!
We are open for all services and our Sunday School program is in full swing. The nursery has workers available if you would like to place your child in their care. Our school will be starting on September 8. Contact Pastor Josh Rader for an enrollment form if you are interested in our school.
Old School Gathering is Monday, October 5, 2020 and we are looking forward to “One Big Day.” Dr. Joe Arthur is our guest preacher. Check out our Old School Page for more information.
We are continuing to sanitize well and we have face masks and hand sanitizer available in the main entrance lobby and throughout all of our buildings (New non-touch dispensers put on the walls this week). We have also ordered Joash boxes for our tithes and offerings. These boxes are self standing and will eliminate the transfer of germs through offering plate passing. We are excited about our new Joash boxes. (I encourage you to read about the incorporation of the Joash box at the Temple in II Chronicles 24:8)
Stay Healthy and Keep Serving God!

We continue to Live Stream our services at http://live.goodnewstoday.us/ and have had much positive feedback. Live video is also available through our Facebook site. This Facebook site has been our most watched with over 1000 views each week. We will never know the exact number of people hearing the messages but trust the Lord is using this pandemic for His Good and His Will. When you come back to church we will continue to minister with live stream outlets to reach people that cannot attend services, who live far from us, and those who are unsaved and searching for God’s truth.
Continue witnessing, continue reading the Bible, continue praying, and continue to BE the Church while we are not in the church building. The day is fast approaching. “For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.” I Thessalonians 5:2
